man this is extremely frustrating....

had a good morning session, went up about 3.5 buy ins. my night session was just pure crap tho. lost about 3 buy ins to overpair over overpair.....sigh. i played considerably tighter today and i think it kinda helped...also me not tilting was also a big factor. I'm down a total of about 2 buy ins today. I guess in a sense its not bad considering i put in 1.4k hands. but it is still so frustrating. yet to have a winning day since my disaster.......

right now i just say to myself, just keep playing, if you play goot, things HAVE to turn around somehow, maybe not today, not tomorrow, not the day after, maybe not even this week or month, but it WILL even out sooner or later. its a tough concept to swallow, but its one of the things you just have to accept if you wana be a pro player....

did i control my mind today, i think i did. i think i might've made 1-2 tilt call or play but considering its out of 1.4k hands, I don't think its bad at all.....

stay at it man, you'll see the benefits sooner than later.
