brief intro. so andyakb has been 3 betted by me a ton, but all those times i actually did have hands. he was gettin a little frustrated and i can tell (i duno how) but i could easily tell he was really gettin frustrated by me. so then he makes a button raise, i've got AK, i repop, standard...

to the flop, i'm oop n i bet out pot w/out thinking too much, hopin he'd fold. in retrospect i think i should've made it like 85, cuz 100 just looks like i wnat him to fold. now he raises to 400 which is a big big raise. i'm sittin here thinkin, i think i gota pitch this...but then the huge raise was very suspicious to me.....1st scenario, he has a pocket pair, doesn't matter which. i dont think he raises any underpair here, much more likely to float. i don't think he raises a set so much. n i think he'd peel one off if TT/JJ cuz m line is reppin a strong hand. 2nd scenario, he has a bad hand that desperately wants me to fold cuz he read my pot sized bet as weakness.....because he seemed kinda rattled and frustrated, i went w/my 2nd read. n i think he called me with a gutty

i actually think i was gettin this hand in good, not because i have 6 outs. i was 90% certain i had the best hand......here it is

ok so also some history. the last time this guy immediate min check raised me in position on a board of A Q Q, i 4 bet him with nothing, and he folded n showed 22. this time, he did the same thing again. given his previous action, i read him for not having the king, but somethin like 66/55. which i'm way ahead of. so i played this hand way ahead. everything later was for pure value. i did not doubt that i had the best hand...

ok no reads this hand. i raised and cbet as usual. got a pretty quick call. which leads me to believe his hand is not too strong. the Ace hit the turn n i made a standard 2 barrel, he inst called again w/out thinking too much about it. this action leads me to believe that either he paired up the ace (floating me with Ace high) or he did not care about the Ace because he was drawing. the combinations of the board card and his quick calls lead me to believe that he had a weak hand, like a draw and maybe a 8 he refuses to laydown. on the river, i spiked my T. i wanted to shove here, but it made no sense to because i didnd' thtink he was bad enough to call with just an 8 here, and if i'm wrong w/my read, then i'm fucked. so i decided to check with the intention of showin it down free. it didn't work out to well as he thought bout it for just 3 seconds and pots the river. ok, this is very interesting here.

1st. quick call on flop. possible hand flush draw, K8/A8/T8. turn, would A8 call that quickly? a lota time i'd see a raise or a pause-call. now, all the draws missed. if he did have a bare 8, like K8, i have him and i induced a bluff. if he had a draw, he missed (i dun think he had the nut flush draw cuz he'll probably play that more aggressively on turn). T8/A8 i think would bet less for value here on the river and not be pot so quickly. i also think T8 wouldv'e folded to a turn bet. i don't think he can feel THAT confident if he floated me with like AJ, n made just a pair of Aces. all in all, i think it was a bluff, and i did induce him. so i made a pretty awesome call imo

overall, i played extremely solid today. read ppl like a book and laid down hands and tightened up my game. i ran at 22/20/5.5 today. and i'm up 4.4k. i did have some hands where it was coolers for other ppl but hey it happens both ways. if i can play like this everyday, i will destroy 2-4 so badly......btw, trev bro keep your head up, we all know you can play, start grinding 25nl man. remember, i was there just 3.5 months ago!
